One bedroom with private bathroom, a large living room with a full kitchen and a covered balcony (great for hanging a hammock) at $440 US per month. It is a private space located on the second floor over our garage and gets a nice breeze. A smaller apartment is also available starting at $330 US per month.

We are located at the West side of Cabarete a five-minute walk to Kite Beach. Sosua is 6 Km to our West and Cabarete Center is 3 Km to the East. We are just off the main highway in a development called Costa Azul. There is a small 9-hole golf course here. If you don't have a car, you can pick up the local transportation just on the corner of the main highway a short walk from us. Our house is at the end of a cul-de-sac.

Rent starts at $330 US for the efficiency and $440 US per month for the one bedroom apartments for long-term rentals (or the equivalent market rate on the due date in Pesos). Short term rates for less than one month are double the daily rate of monthly stay. This includes normal use of electricity, wireless Internet connection to a DSL line, water, cable TV, and the first bottle of propane gas used for cooking . Each apartment is furnished with a bed, end tables, futon or sofa, dining room table and chairs, a television and some cooking equipment. All payments must be made in cash or wire transfer.
