Surrounded by an already relaxing beach atmosphere under the palm trees, just a few steps from the tranquilizing sounds of breaking waves, this is definitively the place to lean back and find the ultimate peace of mind with a plate of exquisite cuisine in Cabarete. It’s called Serenade, a name given to honor the guests in a balanced Feng Shui ambiance, topped off with a culinary journey presented by the highly praised Columbian chef Daniel.
It did not take long for this new addition to Cabarete's food scene to earn a fantastic reputation. Some call this chef a true artist. You can easily sense a true dedication to the guests and their wishes. And there is something for everyone, both in price range and courses. Delicious fish or spicy pizza, salads or beef steak, pasta or vegetarian food. It’s all there and then some, all served with a big dash of friendly service.
A dance for dessert
Elegance, balance and tranquility sets the standards for what can be a different experience compared to the busy “downtown” Cabarete. Although located only a few steps from the center of town, no nightlife noise reaches Serenade. But that doesn’t mean that the party spirit will suffer on Saturday night. A BBQ buffet and local musicians make the party happen to traditional romantic, but highly danceable rhythms, and the waiters will more than happily show off some meringue, salsa or bachata moves on the dance floor with the guests. And what can be more pleasant than a tropical Piña Colada to cool down from a complete night of serenading life and perfect moments.
