Upon arrival, Natura Cabañas' guests are captivated by its outstanding location and foliage. The restaurant is located deep in the greenest hotel in Cabarete and only steps from the beach. Guests enjoy listening to waves crash on the beach as they admire the restaurant's natural yet colorful decor under its palm-thatched roof. But the unique location and style are not the only things that make dining at Natura Cabañas a treat. This Chilean-run restaurant is home to some of the top gourmet dining in the region.

Natura Cabañas' a-la-carte dinner menu features steak and local seafood served to perfection. Presented by Natura's attentive staff, the Octopus in a Mint-Vinaigrette appetizer is a fresh and unique combination served in a seashell. The entrée selection includes a delicious and tender Filetto al Funghi, which is covered in a red wine mushroom sauce and accompanied by rosemary roasted potatoes. Tuna "al Moro" is sure to please. This delectable tuna steak is pan seared and topped with caramelized onions, walnuts, and raisins in a Marsala wine sauce with a touch of Port. And it doesn’t stop there. The classic yet delicate tiramisu is the perfect way to end this unforgettable meal. The menu also features specials which change every three days.

On the way out, many guests stop at the beach for a captivating view of the Caribbean sky by night. The entire evening at Natura Cabañas is sure to be a memorable dining experience for all.
