2008 Pablito Guzma's Cabarete Classic
Pablito and his team are busy with preparations for the 2008 Cabarete Classic, which is guaranteed to be bigger and better than ever before. This year, Cabarete expects over 100 competitors, and media coverage from all over the world.
Pablito writes: At this point in time (Feb 2008), we would like to invite all of you to join us for this year's competition, and mark your calendars with the event's dates. The 2008 Cabarete Classic will be held from July 17-20, here on Cabarete Beach. This year, we are going to add a new racing class, the Master's Class, for all of you racers 35 and up. Additionally, we are considering adding an Olympic Formua Class, if there are enough interested competitors. Please email us back if you would like to take part in this fun race.
