Physiotherapy & Dry Needling Spa Body Treatments - Exfoliating salt scrubs- During the course of a massage we will gently scrub you down with fine salt combined with essentials oils. This will exfoliate your skin and relax your mind. Our scrubs are fresh, natural and hand made. Locally grown ingredients are used where possible and no chemicals are added. You can have your full body done or just your back or feet.
Choose from: Lavender, Tropical Citrus, Polynesian, Madarin/Mango, Pomegranate/ Cranberry or unscented. - Hot stone massage - Basalt stones are heated and gently placed on your body. They are then used to massage you into an absolute state of bliss. Using heat will increase circulation and therefore increase muscular relaxation. That equals total relaxation!
- Mud Wraps- Mud is applied to the body to purify, cleanse, polish, and hydrate the skin.After the mud is applied to the body, you are wrapped in a covering that warms you and allows the minerals to work with the skin. During this time will receive a relaxing massage to your head, feet, or both. Afterward, the mud is removed with soothing warm water as you remain restful and relaxed on our special wet table. No movement required!
- Facials - A facial is a spa therapy that leaves your skin cleaner, softer, younger, and truly transformed. Your skin is the body’s largest organ and a direct reflection of internal well being. Facials can clear clogged pores, quench parched skin and remove dead cells.
Nail Care Services Restore the beauty of your hands and feet with our customized nail care services. Our manicures and pedicures include a warm cleansing soak, nail and cuticle grooming, an exfoliating salt scrub, massage, base coat, 2 coats of color and top coat. A warm paraffin treatment may be added for both hands and feet.
OPI is our polish of choice, with many wonderful colors to choose from. French mani and pedi are also available. Hygiene is a top priority. We use hospital grade antibacterial/fungicide to disinfect our tools as well an autoclave. Everyone will receive their own toe spreaders that they may keep after their pedicure.
