Welcome to Cabarete Studio LX at Ocean Dream... This luxury studio condominium is located within the renowned, high-end, beach-front Ocean Dream residential resort. Ocean Dream is located very close to the center of Cabarete, on the North Coast of the Dominican Republic. You have access to a beautiful garden with its swimming-pool and you are only steps away from the beach. The ocean in front of Ocean Dream is great for swimming in the morning and perfect for kiteboarding in the afternoon. It is at the exact spot where the famous Kiteboarding World-cups are held. LX stands for "luxury edition". The studio comes with extra bells and whistles compared to other rental studios in the building. To mention a few: Mezzanine (extra 17m² / 180 sq.ft. for the sleeping quarters); private balcony (most other units have to share the balcony with another studio); private high-speed Internet (no sharing with others); 32" flat panel TV with over 80 channels + Netflix; house-cleaning included twice a week,... 360° Virtual Tour (6 panoramas) The Studio - 67m² (720 sq. feet) living space

- Sony over-the-ear headphone (in case your partner wants to sleep in and you don't want to disturb him/her)
- Fantastic speakers for the iPhone/iPod/iPad:
- Fully equipped kitchen (all the usual stuff plus many things you do not get in other studios including a microwave and convection oven)
- house-cleaning twice per week
- Locker: great for kitesurfers. Right beside the swimming pool you have access to your own personal locker (about 4x4 feet or 1x1 meter), perfect to store your kite-gear. (Otherwise you would have to pay extra for storage at a kite-school, if they have space...).

| Maximum occupancy: 3 adults All local taxes + service charges are included in price. Minimum rental is 3 nights. Less than 3 nights: please add US$30 to the total. Children are not allowed into the studio as the mezzanine is not child-proof.
Reservation & Payment:
For a reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 30% is charged. The remaining balance has to be paid upon arrival. Damage Deposit:
A refundable damage deposit of US$200 must be paid in cash upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon departure provided that the property and all items within the property are in the same condition as when occupancy commenced and all terms of the rental agreement are met. Ocean Dream Condos are private residences, it is not a hotel. Many condos are occupied by their owners or long-term renters. It is a quiet, enjoyable and very secure place to live. To keep it as such, please help us to maintain this peaceful environment by respecting the conviviality rules.

No pets are allowed. No smoking inside the studio. Visitors of our guests need to carry security badges to keep our resort perfectly secure. Liability:
Ocean Dream, its administration and owners, will not accept any liability or responsibility whatsoever for loss or damage to persons or personal effects, personal injury, accidents and/or wrongful death, however caused, as a result of the use of the rented condo, its pool and common areas. | |
