Comfort for 4 The Comfort Condo for 4 consists of two bedrooms with each a queen-size bed, television in the main bedroom, balcony. One bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. A fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, dish washer, washer and dryer. Separate dining area, living area with television and a balcony. This unit has a surface of 100 m2. 
Deluxe The Deluxe consists of two bedrooms with each a queen-size bed, television in the main bedroom, balcony. Two bathrooms with shower, toilet and sink. A fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, dish washer, washer and dryer. Separate dining area, living area with television and a balcony. These units have a area of 121 or 124 m2. 
Superior The Superior consists of two bedrooms with each a queen-size bed, television in the main bedroom, balcony. Two bathrooms with shower, toilet and sink. Separate toilet and sink in the hallway. A fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, dish washer, washer and dryer. Separate dining area, large living area with television and a balcony. This unit has a surface of 140 m2. 
Premium The Premium is located on the ground floor (easy access to the pool for kids) It consists of three bedrooms with a queen-size bed and three bathrooms. Separate toilet and sink in the hallway. A fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, dish washer. Separate dining area, large living area with television and a balcony. This unit has a surface of 190 m2. 
Penthouse The Penthouse is located on the third floor. It consists of three bedrooms with each a queen-size bed and three bathrooms and each a balcony. Separate toilet and sink in the hallway. A fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, dish washer. Separate dining area, spacious living area with television and a balcony. This unit has a surface of 241 m2.

- Reservations require a minimum stay of 2 nights in regular season except for the following dates 6 nights Christmas/New Year, and 4 nights Easter Week (Semana Santa)
- Easter Time 26 Mar – 4 Apr, 2010 is not listed as an individual season but high season rates will be charged
- A deposit of 25% is required upon reservation, the deposit is non-refundable but may be applied towards a new reservation if used within a year of cancellation date. Deposits are to be paid by Wire Transfer or Check, full terms and conditions are available on request. The reservation deposit during Holiday seasons is 50%.
- Credit Cards are accepted, a 4% surcharge applies (only for use onsite).
- Final Payment is due upon arrival.
- Twin beds are available in some Deluxe and Superior units.
- Cribs (children <2 years) or roll-away beds (children <14 years) are available.
- Ask about our discounted monthly rates (minimum of 4 weeks)
- Bed and Breakfast Rates are available at an additional $6 / person per day.
